Deleting an Account

Signing In
The great thing about ZigMail is you get a ZigDigest sent to your primary email, so you don't need to come back to the website unless you want to look at old emails, finding an older receipt, or to update your preferences. That's not to say that you aren't always welcome. Just use any browser and go to ZigMail.com for the login screen. Lost your password, click here

Moving emails over to ZigMail address
It's easy to get started
First, from now on you use your ZigMail address for anything that's not a personal email communication (ex: online shopping, rewards programs, personal interests, financial statements, or clubs). Second, it's easy to change the current transactional emails you are getting in your personal email account to ZigMail. With ZigMail QuickStart, you can automatically move all your current transactional emails to ZigMail. Any new emails from those senders will automatically go to your ZigMail account. It only takes five minutes to set-up.
Receipts and Records
One of the unique benefits of ZigMail is we identify and store all of your records and receipts in one location. You no longer have to worry where that important tracking number or receipt is hiding. These receipts and records are maintained as long as you have a ZigMail account (see Terms and Services Agreement)
Your Messages
ZigMail brain is hard at work trying to accurately place your emails in the right category "buckets." However, ZigMail doesn't always get it right but wants to learn. When Zigmund doesn't understand a message, he will place it in the Miscellaneous bucket. But it is easy for you to move it and help Zigmund learn for the future. Just place your cursor over the email and the "move" option appears.
Deleting Emails
Why do you want to delete? I know your mom told you to clean your room but Zigmund doesn't care. With Zigmail you don't need to delete, we will only present you with your newest messages and archive the rest. Howerver if you really feel the need to tidy up, simply put cursor on the subject line and the delete option will be presented to you.

Spam
Like all email services we do our best to eliminate spam by using state of the art filtering software. However, if we miss one here or there, please help out other users by labeling the message spam. This will make the entire ZigMail experience more enjoyable for everyone.
